Alongside the regularsMCs Charlie Smarts and Tab-One, producers Sinopsis and Foolery, and DJ Ill DigitzRollin in the Hay also features verses from Eric G. and GQ, and Brooklyn-based vocalist Melanie Charles shines on the Statik Selektah remix. As the title suggests, the laidback boom-bap beats and heady lyrics make for the perfect soundtrack to a chill Sunday afternoon (I got a bunch of weekend chores done while I reviewed this). DJ-friendly 180g vinyl edition contains the original versionson side Aand instrumentals on side B;8 tracks in total with nice, thick grooves on both sides for scratching.
